CM109: “I’m the Leader. Now Sit Down and Shut Up!”

Great employees want absolutely nothing to do with Boomer leaders who insist on making all the decision, solving all the problems, and keeping information bottled up on a ‘need to know’ basis. In fact, nothing sends employees out the door like the old school dictator who acts like only he/she can be “the leader.”

They are everywhere, “leaders” (by virtue of position) who won’t accept input or feedback; who basically want you to sit down and shut up, and just do as your told.

And Millennials won’t work for them…well, not for very long. Actually, most people don’t really want to work for them, but Millennials are just a lot less willing to tolerate that old-school nonsense.

Join Robby and Kelly for a hilarious examination of Mr/s. Old School Micro-Manager, and the skills that set the NEW CounterMentor™ leader apart from his/her peers.
