Change is constant in the workplace. Significant change seems to happen fairly regularly. But leaders often do change so badly that entire companies are thrown into complete disarray. And a time-tested way to run off Millennials is to exclude them from the process. So, if your idea of implementing change in the workplace is to send out an email, schedule training, and tell people to “get over it,” you are killing performance!
